Placed my order on Allpara and only then read the reviews. Now I am a little bit worried and hope it will be delivered in time.
Products here are ok, but delivery takes ages. Four weeks…FOUR WEEKS. I’m not sure I can use everything I’ve ordered because it can be spoiled. Well, now I have a new fun game called “check every vial not to poison your customers”.
Don’t buy here, it’s a complete waste of time. I ordered Juvederm almost three weeks ago and it’s still not here. I don’t know what I am supposed to do now because it was a pretty big order, and now I have to wait because most of my clients use only this product for skin rejuvenation.
Good online shopping experience. I used to buy fillers from the official products representatives, but buying online is cheaper, and I am totally satisfied with the prices, shipping, packaging, and service of the company. I will definitely order from them more in the future.
I’m constantly looking for new suppliers for my clinic because you’ll never know when your regular one will stop working (I had a few situations like that in the past, so I know what I’m talking about). Allpara is a pretty good supplier, but the variety of products on their website is…disappointing. Hope, they will add more aesthetic goods to their website in the future.
Do not order here, these guys are very irresponsible! My parcel came very late, even though I warned that I need all the products as soon as possible.
Well, I have nothing to say about these guys. They sent my parcel late and I had to wait for an extra week to receive fillers for my clinic, and they didn’t even warn me that there can be any delays. And when I called to ask about some details about my parcel, they didn’t mention that there was any trouble. I’m not the biggest fan of such service, hope to see the improvement soon.
I worked with Allpara for the first time and, honestly, I thought they were scammers in the beginning. I needed to wait for the response for a few days, and the packaging got lost somewhere in a post office. I didn’t know what to expect. Not a really reliable supplier, I will choose somebody else next time.
These guys lost my parcel and couldn’t even help me to find it. It came two weeks late, thankfully all products were okay. But it was still not very nice. They should work on their customer support.
These guys should definitely work more on their packaging. I received my order pretty fast, that was good. But half of my vials were smashed, and the company policy claims they are not responsible for it. I was very disappointed.
I ordered dermal fillers at this company a few times. I have mu supplier, but sometimes they do not have all the products I need, so I buy from Allpara. Good company with affordable prices and good service. Recommend.
Nice products, but the parcel was a little smashed when I got it. I don’t know whether it is the problem of the company or the post office. And also it took almost two weeks for the box to arrive, so I was a little disappointed by these troubles. But overall, nothing too bad happened, so…
I was very disappointed with these guys after I received my order. Even though they sent my parcel quickly, it was still late, and some products were damaged. I had very high hopes because I’ve read a lot of feedback on the Internet. Do not recommend it.
Good products & good prices, pretty fast delivery. However, communication was so-so. I had to call dozens of times for someone to pick up my calls and tell me the updates on my order. I think that company that want to develop should improve this point. Not all customers are as patient as me.
Love the product I receved and the customer manager. But delivery took some time to deliver my order.
