I’ve been working with this supplier for a while, but their service has only become worse in the last couple of years. I don’t know, maybe their policy has changed, or maybe it’s just time for them to let others do their job in a better way. But I’m out, there are plenty of better options out there.
One of the slowest deliveries I’ve experienced. Don’t order here, you’ll wait for your parcel for ages.
Delivery takes AGES! I waited for almost two months. I understand that sometimes shit happens and delays are possible, but that’s simply irresponsible!
We have been customers since 2015, products authentic, taking care of replacements /reshipping as well, BUT last year or two we had changes in customer managers which were not always the best and now with the new website we cant order to AU anymore and just have informed by our customer manager that they do not ship worldwide anymore…not sure what this is about. NOT impressed, Doctor Medica used to be fantastic, especially Dianne that worked with us for a long time but has changed companies.
I have never heard of this company before but decided to give them a try. Unfortunately, I waited for my order to arrive for more than a month!
For now, this is the slowest supplier I’ve worked with. I’m not happy about the quality of their customer service a client should always be a priority, and that’s definitely not their case.
Please, do something with delivery, I’m tired of constantly waiting for weeks to receive my parcels!

This is the nic supplier, but it won’t be my final choice. They always have some kind of problems: one time there were some troubles with a post office, next the package was poorly packed, and the last time they put the wrong products in the box. I don’t know whether it’s my bad luck or their problem, but I will probably look for another supplier option.
An average supplier, nothing special. The prices are fine, I’ve seen lower. Overall, a good option.
I wish the assortment were wider, prices lower, and delivery faster. 3/5.
Can somebody explain to me why does delivery takes so much time? Two days to confirm the order, ten more days for it to be delivered…I can’t wait for so long!
I don’t know how did they manage to do that but I received the wrong parcel. I hate this situation. Oh, and they refused to give me a refund, how do you like that?
Do you know what happens when the box is poorly packed? The products inside can be damaged! Or, in my case, half of the order was smashed. I received a partial refund, but still have the worst impression bout such an irresponsible supplier. I won’t order here again ever. Please, learn from my mistakes and be careful before choosing a supplier. And I am still a little mad…
I have placed a few orders with them, but they didn’t impress me. Yeah, their prices are good, but the service is so-so. These few dollars I save are not worth all the hustle. I think I’m gonna stay with my last supplier. For me, service and relation to the client are more important than the price. It was an experiment and not the most successful.
In general, this supplier is not bad, however, the parcel was lost somehow and I needed to wait an extra week to receive it. But I worked with much worse variants, so no complaints. Improve your delivery system and I will probably order here again.
This is a good stock. I’ve been buying from them for 2 or 3 years, but they have one considerable drawback I didn’t think about until it happened to me – they are not responsible for customs. I don’t know what was wrong with my order but it has got stuck at customs for a month and I couldn’t do anything to solve the situation. When I received my parcel, the products I’ve ordered were destroyed. I wrote to the company, but they said it wasn’t their false and everything they could do was to send me the same medications again. Not for free of course. I refused, and I don’t think I will order from them again.
I have tried this company because my supplier did not have the fillers I needed in stock, but I think that was my first and last order with them. Their customer support service is awful. It takes them an eternity to answer your emails, they know nothing about the products they sell. It is totally unprofessional. I do not recommend this company at all.
I am satisfied with everything this supplier did for me. After ordering, products were shipped the next day and delivered in three days. All vials were safely wrapped, so there were no damages. The quality of the products is good as well (I haven’t used them yet, but it looks like everything is okay). I think I will order here again because the overall experience was positive. Thank you.
To be honest, there are a lot of much better suppliers on the aesthetic medicine market. I’m not saying that DoctorMedica shouldn’t be trusted, or that they provide bad services. No. But there are a few flaws that spoil the whole expression about the company. So, no offense, but I don’t think that I will use their services again.
Quite a good company. I have ordered a few packs of Juvederm and other fillers. The order has arrived within 2 weeks. Customer support is polite and helpful. Shipping was fast. No problems. Thank you.

I ordered here once and it was my first and last purchase here. The absence of secure payment is a big no for me, I do not trust suppliers without it. Yes, I received my parcel and it was okay, but still, they should work more on their payment methods.
DoctorMedica should add more ways to pay for the order to their site because bank transfer is not always convenient. That’s the main reason I switched from them to FillerSupplies. The products are nice, yes, but it’s not worth it.
