Well, med plus direct is the worst thing that has happened to me in the last few years. They lost my parcel, and the sales manager was so tough and rude. She even didn’t bother to apologize and do something about my order like the sales reps in normal companies do. I complained several times, and after that, I got to speak with their manager. He’s helped me to get a full refund and even some discount for the next order. But oh no, I’m not ordering here never ever again. Do not recommend!
Was waiting for my order for too long. Maybe it has stuck at the customs or something like this. I have no idea. I’ve contacted the company several times, every time got the answer, my parcel was on the way. Which way? Nobody knows. But as a result, it has arrived in a month. I am satisfied with such delivery and service and will not buy from them again.
I had a great problem with them about delivery. For some reason, they didn’t ship my order for almost a week. I started thinking it was a scam, fraud, whatever. But then they’ve sent me the tracking number and I kinda relaxed a little bit. The parcel arrived in 2 weeks, that is too long as for me. And the communication with customer support was poor. I am not satisfied.
If only they perfect the quality of their delivery. It takes too long for the parcel to come and sometimes when I need to get products for my clinic quicker, I end up waiting even longer. But other than that products are of a high quality and never caused any adverse reactions. So yeah, I recommend! Great job!
I am satisfied with the service of this company. They have got a wide assortment of products for cosmetology, dermatology, and even gynecology. The prices are reasonable. My order has arrived in 5 days. Everything is quite good. I recommend!
Please, work on your delivery, I’m tired of waiting for 5 days for my fillers (and 5 days are the least I had to wait). Really, I love the products, but shipping delays make everything much worse. I’m already looking for another permanent supplier.
A very good supplier with a wide range of products from botulinum and dermal fillers to gynecology medications. The owners of medical clinics like me can fully stock up here with good discounts. The service and customer support are wonderful. Everything is great. I cooperate with them on a constant basis. My recommendations!
Not bad. Placed an order on Monday, and on Friday my parcel was already delivered. I like when the company works like a Swiss watch. It really signifies about professionalism and their care about the customers. Recommend.
Pretty nice supplier, I received my products even faster than I expected. And everything was safely packed with lots of bubble wrap and other components for thermal packaging. I think I will surely order again and again here!
I liked the store for its stock. I have aesthetic clinics, and they have got everything from botulinum toxins to mesotherapy medications. This is a benefit. But recently, they have got real problems with the logistics. They ship late, deliver late, you cannot track your order, and so on. So, if you want to manage the regular work of your business and medical practice, it is complicated to do it with them. Right now, I am looking for a new supplier.
Awful. I am so disappointed with the company. I have ordered some products from them almost two months ago. I’ve been patiently waiting as I didn’t have much time to track my order. When after a month I realized my parcel still haven’t arrived, I contacted these guys, and they said it was lost. They did not even bother before to check where it was. They have sent me another one, but it took so much time and my patience to sort the things out with them. I don’t think I will order something from them again. Not a pleasant experience!!!
The shipping here took the longest I have ever had to try for a parcel. Two weeks is a little too much, don’t you think? The products were okay, yes, but still, I was worried sick all the time. Hope, they will deal with this problem soon.

Very slow delivery. I was waiting for 10 days for the order to be shipped and 12 more days for it to be delivered. No tracking, no updates. Awful.
Average company with slow delivery. Will look for someone better.
