I wouldn’t recommend this supplier because delivery takes ages, some products are not always available and, honestly speaking, the variety of goods is not impressive as well. There are many better options out there, just look for them carefully.
I don’t recommend True Dermal Fillers. The packaging wasn’t too safe, some boxes were smashed, but I’m happy the vials were not broken. But still, I don’t like that and really hope they will improve it soon. Of course, I‘m glad there were no delays because I needed all the products as soon as possible. Busy season, you know.
I would recommend looking for another supplier if you want your parcel to be delivered on time. Honestly, I’ve never met such a slow delivery during my whole career. I think, on this website, it would be pretty easy to read feedbacks and find better options for a dermal filler supplier.
Well, this supplier is not the worst experience I have had (once, I was scammed and wasted $1800), but still they have plenty of room for improvement. Work a little faster, talk with customers in a more friendly way, and maybe the number of clients will increase. Otherwise, no one will ever order here again.
Not the best experience I had, but definitely not the worst. The parcel was delivered with delays, but the products were packed pretty safely. The price is okay as well, I saw much higher cots at other suppliers. And customer support worked well, the consultation was professional and with a positive spirit. Of course, there are still some things to improve and work on, but for now, I have a very positive impression. Keep working in this way!

Not the worst dermal filler supplier I worked with. However, there is always room for improvement. In the case of True Dermal Fillers is shipment; for me it took ages.
I thought it was just my problem but, as I can see here, a lot of people had their parcels delivered. This problem should be definitely fixed, otherwise all the clients will leave in the future. But I am not going to buy here ever again.
Not bad and not perfect, actually, I could use this service for a change or when my regular supplier does not have the product I need or has some other problem of the kind. The prices are regular, and the delivery is so long. I don’t know, guys. This is pretty much it. Think on your own.
I totally agree with the previous comments – the delivery is long. I don’t know whether it is because of the current covid situation or they have problems with logistics, but sometimes you need the product right away, otherwise, your business is stuck up. If you do not have a lot of time to wait, choose someone else.
