am sharing my experience because I feel very frustrated and disappointed.
I ordered from Centrale Fillers, order 287219, and the tracking has not shown any real movement since 21 May. I have waited more than one month and still have not received my order.
I contacted support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same repeated answer about customs. My refund request has not been properly addressed.
I paid for a product that I have not received. I do not want a replacement shipment. I am asking for a full refund to my original payment method.
Well, I expected the delivery to be a bit faster… Just kidding, since I expected it to be WAAAAYYYYY FAAASTER! It took them almost three weeks to ship my order!
