We cater to licensed clinics worldwide (B2B), offering aesthetic fillers and medical devices at prices that compete with the industry’s official distributors. Our approach as parallel traders aligns with the prevalent practice among clinics, with many opting for 50% local distributor purchases and 50% parallel imports to optimize profitability.
Very disappointing experience — think twice before ordering
Before ordering, I saw a similar review about delays and poor communication. I thought it was a one-time problem and that it wouldn’t happen to me. Unfortunately, I experienced almost the exact same thing, and now I believe this may be part of their business practice.
The order was promised in 5–7 business days, but I received it only after 24 business days. During that time, I had to make 5 phone calls and send 9 emails just to get updates.
There were also unexpected DHL/import charges that were not clearly disclosed before ordering, on top of approximately $60 in shipping.
I received repeated explanations and promises that the issue was being handled, but they were not followed by action. I was even told DHL paperwork had been submitted, only to later find out that it had not been submitted due to an error.
24 business days. 5 phone calls. 9 emails. Unexpected charges. Repeated promises that were not kept.
The product eventually arrived, but the experience was extremely frustrating. I would not order from this company again and strongly recommend others think twice before ordering.
My order arrived without thermal packaging. I am not even sure now whether I can use the products.
Website takes ages to load, I couldn’t place my order.
