I don’t know, but their shipping terms are so suspicious. Look like they care just to sell their products (at a good price, though), but what happens to your parcel next is completely your responsibility. They don’t have thermal packaging, worldwide shipping, or shipping to the USA. Where do they ship then?

Anyway, I dared to place an order on their website and even successfully received it. The delivery took 7 days (business days, of course). No complaint. You can order here too if you are okay with all those terms.
This is a good and reliable company. I buy from them for more than a year, and I am totally satisfied with their service. They have got a good range of products starting with dermal fillers and solutions for mesotherapy to cosmetic threads and other stuff. The prices are fixed, but they have discounts and different promos. There is always a possibility to save money on your order. The sales manager is always polite and helpful. Definitely recommend this company. You can trust them!
Nice supplier, without any unpleasant surprises that usually appear after ordering. The delivery was pretty quick, fillers are of a nice quality, I’m satisfied with the final results. Yeah, don’t have anything bad to say. Great job!
My supplier let me down the last time, so now I am looking for a new one. Made a trial order with this company, not the best experience, to be honest. The delivery was around 5 days, but I didn’t like their customer support. I need all the updates as I like to control the situation, and they couldn’t provide me with this.
When I received the parcel from Direct Derma Supplies, I saw the worst packaging I’ve ever seen! Some products were smashed, the box was ripped a little, and they said it’s only my problem. I’m shocked!
I was not satisfied at all. The parcel was late, two vials were broken, and customer support couldn’t help me. Would not recommend.
The parcel I received was really poorly packed, so half of my order didn’t make it during shipping. It took some time to get my refund, the customer support here is not very good. Another half of the injectables were okay, but I still don’t think I will order here again.

I have made an order of dermal fillers. The prices were quite seductive (lower than from my ordinary supplier), so I decided to try. Not bad, in general, but my previous supplier delivers parcels faster. When you have a hot season in your clinics, speed matters.
