What’s with the shipping? Why has everyone suddenly become so bad at delivering parcels on time?
We deserve so much better than that. Honestly, it’s hard to find a good provider, and the presence of such horrible incompetence just demotivates me. Don’t buy here.
Not too bad, but there is definitely some room for improvement, especially the way they communicate with customers.
This supplier should work on some things, like shipping speed, because people get tired of waiting for their orders for weeks. The quality is good, and the prices are not too high..If only they were more organized.

The worst supplier I’ve ever worked with! It took almost a MONTH to deliver my box. I managed to order and receive fillers from another company while I was waiting for ones I bought at Filler World. Well, now I’m sure I will never make this mistake again and will definitely check the place I’m going to buy products from beforehand.
Awful company, just the worst store ever. They did not ship my order for the whole week, did not pick up my calls, or were feeding me with promises they would ship it tomorrow. Then, they said the products were not in stock and they will refund. I was waiting for my money for another 10 days or so. This is not serious, and you cannot plan your business with them. I definitely do not recommend this company and will never ever buy from them again.
Many of my colleagues order from Filler Shop, but I cannot say this is the best place to buy. They offer not bad prices, but their delivery service leaves much to be desired. And it has been proven by multiple orders. Believe me. I gave them lots of chances. But still, this is not my favorite to buy fillers. I do not like to wait for my order for 2-3 weeks. I think this is too much with modern logistic and delivery service. Sorry if I’ve hurt somebody’s feelings. Best regards.
I have very mixed feelings about Filler World. On one hand, they always have orthopedic fillers I need in stock. But on the other hand, the delivery takes ages, and I had payment problems a few times. I’m currently searching for a new supplier because sometimes I just can’t wait for weeks for all the injectables to arrive. Order here or not – it’s totally up to you.
Don’t order here, this supplier is not reliable. It’s hard to pay for my orders because of their stupid policy and the parcel took ages to be delivered. That’s a 100% no for me.
Good, stable, and reliable European supplier with a good stock of aesthetic medicine products. Shipping is good, at least in Europe (I do not know about other continents), service is excellent. I am totally satisfied and can recommend this company to my colleagues.
The delivery wasn’t as fast as the manager promised me, and that was the biggest disappointment. Even though there was some trouble with payment and bank transactions, I was ready for it. But the delivery…more than a week. A WEEK. I’m surprised all my products didn’t go bad because the temperature outside was much higher than usual. I really hope this problem will be fixed soon because such delays may affect the quality of the products.
A good company with quite a wide range of dermal fillers products. The shipping was fast, and they do have thermal packaging, so do not worry, your products will not destroy on the way. Safety is crucial for me, and I choose this company, because I know that with them I can be sure in the quality of fillers I receive. Recommend.
Jesus Christ, that was my worst experience ever. They have lost my parcel somewhere. I have been waiting for a month, and then, I had to wait life forever for my refund. It is terrible. It was their false but I had to prove I didn’t receive my order. So I lost lots of time and nerves on them. Totally dissatisfied.

Their “express delivery” wasn’t really express. I was waiting for my parcel for over a week. Hope, it was the first and the last time.

The huge, and reliable supplier just over Europe
Nice service and sales managers, they answered all the questions I had. The main problem was the delivery speed, I didn’t get my remedies on time. That really disappointed me.
