In general, I am satisfied with the services these guys provide. The only thing that should be improved is their delivery; as I see, I am not the only one who experienced trouble with that.
You know, this could be quite a good company if their delivery service was a little bit better. They took almost 3 days to ship my order and another 7 to deliver it. They also do not have an express delivery option. If you need your order as soon as possible, they won’t be able to deliver it on time.
I had to place my order, tried to contact them via email, called three times, and only after that did they process my order. I don’t understand why that happened, maybe there were some troubles on the website, or maybe that’s the problem everyone has during the ordering process. I didn’t enjoy that, so I will probably choose another supplier for my clinic when I need to restock on all the aesthetic products.
This is a good company, where I used to purchase dermal fillers. But recently, I’ve had a very unpleasant situation with them. My order got stuck at customs and it turned out they couldn’t do anything about it. I mean, they even didn’t bother to check what has happened and when it would be sent to me. They said it wasn’t their responsibility. This is the first time I got in a situation like this, other companies always tracked my orders to make sure I would receive them. I am very confused about all this.
I do not know why there is so much bad feedback about this company. I regularly buy from them and am satisfied with their service and prices. Indeed, sometimes, there are problems with the delivery, but frankly speaking, every company I buy from, has the same problem (or maybe, I am just such a lucky guy – if you know a company with fast delivery and still good prices, please just let me know!!). I am not satisfied with the service. It took them 3 days to proceed with my order, almost 4 days to ship it, and ten more days to deliver. Updates were not on time, I did not like to call the company and receive no reply. If it happened once, I could tolerate it, but not a few times in a row. Unprofessionally. Don’t recommend.
A nice supplier, I have no complaints about them. I received my first order a few days ago, so now I can see the whole picture. There were no delays, all vials were packed safely, customer support agents are real professionals. I had a lot of questions while placing my order (because it was my first experience, as I was saying), but the lady on the other end was patient and nice. Well, it is very strange, but these guys are doing a good and a bad job at the same time. The delivery here is horrible, even though the products are pretty nice and provide beautiful results. Really, improve the shipping and I’ll become your new regular customer!
My first experience ordering online and I’m satisfied with how it went. A nice lady-manager explained how to order on their website, step by step, patiently and calmly. Now, I feel like a whole new person. I can order products for my beauty salon online on my own! hahaha. The parcel also arrived pretty fast (4 or 5 days, and can’t remember exactly).
My box was crushed when I recieved it. I was very afraid that the products inside would be damaged, but everything was okay. I hope they are more careful with their orders in the future!

I have used them for over 3 years. I don’t know what happened to this company now. I ordered Botox and Juvederm fillers before Christmas. I have received my fillers only. I was waiting for Botox for over 3 weeks, and only after few calls, I discovered that they had shipping delays. Why didn’t no one give me a heads-up about that? I had to reschedule my patients.

Delivery took a little bit longer than I was promised. I still think I will stay with my supplier will keep them in mind just in case.
