products are questionable here, I’m not sure it’s safe to buy here
I waited for my parcel for ages, I hate when it happens. They should really work on their logistics.
I don’t like the prices here, there are more affordable options out there.
I liked this supplier: professional, nice, and always deliver on time. I told that I need more fillers in my clinic in two days, and they somehow managed to do that. That’s what I call a proper customer support.

If we talk about the shipping, it was quite quick, no complaints here. But the order processing took AGES, I can’t wait that long for order confirmation.

Companies should always be in touch with their customers, and I simply cannot see it here. They should hire some new people before they lose all the clients.

3/5. The speed with which customer support agents answer is way too low.
Shipping takes too much time, I cannot wait for two weeks just to receive my parcel.
Customer support here is simply non-existing, I don’t even know who I can complain to. Everyone ignores me and I feel like they are doing that on purpose. And even though I received the order at the end, I’m still very disappointed.
I’ve been waiting for my order for more than two weeks, which is a little bit too much in my opinion. Still, everything arrived safely in reliable packaging. Thus, I think that Re-Aesthetic deserves an intermediate grade.
They were proceeding with my order for about a week. The most disappointing in this all story is that they even didn’t bother to explain they had some difficulties and why I had to wait for so long for my order to just be shipped. I even started thinking it was a fraud, but eventually, I have received my order. Do not recommend.
Don’t you hate it, when a supplier doesn’t give you a choice when it comes to paying for their products? I mean, what if it’s not okay for me to pay via bank transfer? I understand that the rules are made by those who are selling stuff, but the customers’ experience and satisfaction should be a priority (or that’s just my old-fashioned soul talking). Anyway, I really hope that they’ll pay attention to this problem and will fix it shortly. Good luck with your work, everyone!
Nice variant if you are looking for an average supplier. I know many better options to stock up on fillers. And by the way, the absence of secure payment is very suspicious, many people don’t like it when looking for a trustworthy supplier.
I ordered here once, but it was summer, and all the products I ordered spoiled because it was very hot outside. If they want to continue their work, they should definitely include thermal packaging in their services, because otherwise, one out of ten packages will survive a long delivery distance.
You know the feeling when express delivery is not express at all. I waited almost for a week for the parcel to be shipped out. It’s unacceptable. A very unpleasant experience. I will never ever order from them again. So disappointed.
