I waited for my parcel for ages, I hate when it happens. They should really work on their logistics.
I don’t like the prices here, there are more affordable options out there.
I liked this supplier: professional, nice, and always deliver on time. I told that I need more fillers in my clinic in two days, and they somehow managed to do that. That’s what I call a proper customer support.

If we talk about the shipping, it was quite quick, no complaints here. But the order processing took AGES, I can’t wait that long for order confirmation.

Companies should always be in touch with their customers, and I simply cannot see it here. They should hire some new people before they lose all the clients.

3/5. The speed with which customer support agents answer is way too low.
Shipping takes too much time, I cannot wait for two weeks just to receive my parcel.
Customer support here is simply non-existing, I don’t even know who I can complain to. Everyone ignores me and I feel like they are doing that on purpose. And even though I received the order at the end, I’m still very disappointed.
I’ve been waiting for my order for more than two weeks, which is a little bit too much in my opinion. Still, everything arrived safely in reliable packaging. Thus, I think that Re-Aesthetic deserves an intermediate grade.
They were proceeding with my order for about a week. The most disappointing in this all story is that they even didn’t bother to explain they had some difficulties and why I had to wait for so long for my order to just be shipped. I even started thinking it was a fraud, but eventually, I have received my order. Do not recommend.
Don’t you hate it, when a supplier doesn’t give you a choice when it comes to paying for their products? I mean, what if it’s not okay for me to pay via bank transfer? I understand that the rules are made by those who are selling stuff, but the customers’ experience and satisfaction should be a priority (or that’s just my old-fashioned soul talking). Anyway, I really hope that they’ll pay attention to this problem and will fix it shortly. Good luck with your work, everyone!
Nice variant if you are looking for an average supplier. I know many better options to stock up on fillers. And by the way, the absence of secure payment is very suspicious, many people don’t like it when looking for a trustworthy supplier.
I ordered here once, but it was summer, and all the products I ordered spoiled because it was very hot outside. If they want to continue their work, they should definitely include thermal packaging in their services, because otherwise, one out of ten packages will survive a long delivery distance.
You know the feeling when express delivery is not express at all. I waited almost for a week for the parcel to be shipped out. It’s unacceptable. A very unpleasant experience. I will never ever order from them again. So disappointed.
A pretty good company that sells botulinums, dermal fillers, and products for orthopedic injections. They have got a good choice of medications and reasonable prices. The delivery could be better, but it is still not bad. My opinion about this company is average – not bad, but not excellent. In general, recommend.
I hate it so much when suppliers do not have a lot of payment options. Like, I love all the products and prices they offer but the only thing that stops me is a bank transfer payment option. I really hope that they’ll add more possibilities to pay soon!
I don’t recommend ordering here. There are not a lot of payment options, it is dangerous to buy here during summer (because there is no thermal packaging), and overall there are a lot of amazing suppliers out there who offer much better conditions.
Pretty good store with affordable prices, but I do not understand how in the modern world there can exist an online store where you cannot pay with a credit card. It is weird as for me and uncomfortable, personally for me. They should consider more payment options for the convenience of their clients.
Not the best variant for ordering goods for the clinic. Shipping took weeks, some of the products I’ve ordered were missing; and even though they sent those to me later, I already came to my own conclusions. The first and the last purchase here.
Prices here are pretty great, but it is so inconvenient that it is impossible to pay with my credit card. Most suppliers have this option so, hopefully, Re-Aesthetic will correct that soon. But overall, everything is pretty nice.
Payment methods are extremely uncomfortable, my package was late and a little bit damaged, and customer support didn’t reply for two days! That was my first and my last time ordering here.
Nice experience of purchasing from Re-Aesthetic company. I’ve ordered a few packs of dermal fillers and got a good discount. The delivery was fast, everything arrived in a good condition, no problems. The prices and service are good. Recommend.
Fast delivery to the US. It couldn’t but make me happy as recently many services have problems with delivery. Satisfactorily.
Poor delivery service… didn’t receive updates where is my order. I thought it was lost. Customer support not always answered my calls. Disappointing.
